Patient Review

I’m a 44yr old female. I have really bad upper teeth, (years of tummy acid killed my teeth.) I had an upper molar (#15) that broker off below the gum line. My normal dentist could not fix or remove it. I called Autumnwood dental and they got me in next day. They took all appropriate steps to make sure I would not develop post op infection. (Had hips replaced, note have to take antibiotics before ANY dental thing incl. Teeth clean) even though I went in next day, I couldn’t get tooth pulled until following day. They reassured me, made me feel secure not scared. When they pulled the tooth, they kept asking if I was ok, if I needed more numbing meds, etc. There was a hiccup pulling the tooth and they made it ok still! 😁. They sent over a dozen reminder texts which was nice, but annoying. It’s why I gave 4 not 5 stars. The office staff was kind, the Dentist and dental assistant were knowledgeable. I’ll be going back for the other 2 teeth I broke! I recommend them fully.
